▶ 자격증 소개
- Siebel e-Business Solution 에 대한 전문성을 인정하는 자격증으로서 Siebel사에서 직접 발행합니다. 대표적으로는 Siebel Certified Consultant가 있고, 이 외에도 Siebel Certified Business Analyst, Siebel Certified Instructor등의 자격증이 있습니다.
- Siebel Certified Consultant (SCC) : Technical Consultant를 위한 자격증 (SCC에 대한 수요가 가장 많습니다.)
- Siebel Certified Business Analyst (SCBA) : 는 각 모듈별 기능과 고객의 업무를 Mapping할 Business 분석가를 위한 자격증
- Siebel Certified Instructor (SCI) : Siebel 사의 교육과정 강사를 위한 자격증
- 이 외에도 위의 자격증을 가진 사람이 6개월이상 Siebel 프로젝트에 참여한 경우, 별도의 신청절자를 거쳐 Siebel Customer Certified Consultant(SCCC), Siebel Customer Certified Business Analyst (SCBA)등의 자격증이 부여됩니다.
▶ 진출분야/전망
- 향후 Siebel e-Business Solution 을 이용하여 CRM 운용영역의 시스템을 구축할 경우 Solution에 대한 전문성을 어느 정도 인정받을 수 있습니다.
- 그러나, 초기 프로젝트 이후에는 자격증보다도 경험이 더 가치를 인정받음은 물론입니다.
▶ 응시자격
- 3주간에 걸친 Siebel Core Consultant Course 를 이수해야만 응시자격이 주어집니다. 미이수자는 응시하여 합격하더라도 합격이 취소됩니다.
- Siebel 사의 교육과정은 Siebel사의 Partner나 Customer에게만 제공됩니다.
(Sebel Core Consultant Course (3주)의 경우 5000 불 정도)
▶ 시험과목
- 시험과목은 Siebel e-Business 2000 한과목입니다.
- Siebel Core Consultant Course에서 다루어는 Siebel Foundation, Architecture, Configuration, Data Loads, Business Rule Automation, Deployment 등과 추가적으로 Best Practice 등이 출제됩니다.
